Marketing in the 21st Century




What in the world is Marketing? 

Many confuse Marketing with Promotion but they are two different concepts. Please check here in this blog for a post related to Promotion later. Based to the common definition, the term marketing concept holds that achieving organizational goals depends on knowing the needs and wants of target markets and delivering the desired satisfactions.

Here is the main idea.

1) Knowing the NEEDS and WANTS of TARGET MARKETS.
2) Delivering the Desired Satisfactions.

Many entrepreneurs have to learn how to CONVINCE people to buy their products or service. To make a huge profit, they have to learn how to overcome Objections and Rejections.

Rejection is the main cause for many to disdain the idea of selling.
 

Many are still teaching this:

 
‘’ Don’t worry about rejection, just move on to the next person”   
‘’be aggressive and outspoken’’
‘’Learn how to overcome objections’’, 
‘‘You must accept 9 NO’s for 1 YES’’...


With these old techniques, you are forced to suppress your emotion and  ignore your embarrassments.

But selling doesn’t have to be…
ü Hard
ü Difficult
ü Arm twisting

Selling is not convincing anybody to buy Products or Services they don’t want.  Why do you want to sell basketball tickets to people who love Soccer?

Thanks GOD this is no longer the case.With the Internet, selling is taking a different tone!!!!!

But remember this:

When you start your Internet Home Business, you are in business to sell Goods or Services. Do not listen to people who tell you otherwise. But selling has nothing to do with what we have experienced over the years. 

For a business to make a huge profit, this business must have a Huge Market.By market, I’m referring to people who really want the products or the services.

Remember the definition of Marketing?

Marketing is knowing the needs and wants of targets markets and delivering the desired satisfactions

With the tools available today, business owners do not fight to convince buyers anymore.


They sell Products/Services people want.


There are millions of people all over the world who need or want a particular product or service.Your job as a businessman or businesswoman is to find these peoples… or, rather…

Let them FIND YOU.


“You must set your business in a way that people who are looking for your products or services can find you”
