10 Steps to Increase your website Ranking

Step 1: Select the keywords for your website. These words should be related to your business, products or services. You need to be creative and take into account what search engine users will actually be typing in. Put yourself in their shoes and think what you would type in the search box. Write them down and keep a log for all your keywords.

Step 2: Place your keywords throughout your site. Place keywords in Meta tags, header tags and page content. Be careful, don’t abuse it or you will be banned.

Step 3: Ensure that the content on your site is unique and has not simply been copied and pasted from another source. Search engines will reduce the rank of websites that have duplicate contents. Originality is the key to ranking high in the search engines.

Step 4: Keep website/blog current. Content throughout your website should regularly be updated. Adding fresh contents daily to your website with news and informative tips will help keep your site fresh. If you write a blog every single day, search engines will love you. They are seeking for Fresh contents. Set your blog to allow visitors to leave comments. Keeping visitors engaged is the best way to ranking high.

Step 5: Link Building: Build back links to your website/blog by guest posting or commenting on other blogs and forums related to your niches. If you find a great source of information and you would like to use it, mention the source by clearly displaying the website(s).

Step 6 Social Networking: Create a page or group on social networking sites for your blog or website. Facebook gives users the ability to create a Group Page related to any Niche. Google + does exactly the same. You can create your own group and invite people to add or share tips.

Step 7: Register your site with all of the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing etc.  Submitting sitemap to search engines is a good practice to ease the task of crawling and indexing of your Webpages.

Step 8: Using Videos to rank high. Search engines love videos contents. You should include your main keyword in your video title and video description. If you are using Youtube, never forget to add keywords related to your niche at the bottom of the video.Then, you can link your video to your website/blog.

Step 9:Don’t use paid services that promise to help your site rank high. Sooner or later, search engines will find out and ban your site.

Step 10: Your Passion is the Engine behind your success: if you have a passion for what you are doing, you will generate buzz online. Visitors to your site will feel your passion and come back again and again. Engage with your audience.

Working Overtime

When I was younger, I used to work a lot of hours. I had two jobs. I usually leave my house around 5:00 AM to be at work at 6 AM.My schedule was 6 AM to 2 PM.And the schedule for my second job was 3 PM to 11 PM /6 Days a Week…

I soon realized that I would only be able to earn more money by getting a Promotion or working longer hours. For both of these options, there is an upper LIMIT that couldn't be scaled.
